Labor of love

A side project, I've been a developing a platform that seeks to combine aggregation, e-commerce, events, social-networking and locality into a "marketplace engine" of sorts, applicable to multiple domains but primarily those these involve people, physical activities (e.g. sports, yoga, bowling, etc) and spaces.

An on-going affair, I continually add features, abstract & upgrade this project. It serves as a motivation to learn, and as a personal testing ground for new technologies.

Tech features

• Front-end: A single codebase powering multiple deployments: Web, iOS, Android - Nuxt framework, UI library, all the bells and whistles, fuzzy search (ES), heavy map features including clustering and geojson
• Back-end: Strapi CMS with MySQL, +20 data types, custom controllers/services/plugins, Elasticsearch integration
